Use of the Service

RainSoundMixer is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial listening — sleep, focus, relaxation and similar uses. You may share mix URLs and embed them in personal contexts. You may not resell the Service, redistribute its audio assets as a standalone product, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Intellectual property

The RainSoundMixer name, design, code and curated presets are the property of RainSoundMixer. Audio layers are licensed for use within the Service. You retain no ownership of the source audio through use of the mixer.

No medical claims

RainSoundMixer is an ambient audio tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have concerns about sleep, hearing or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Hearing safety

Please listen at a safe, comfortable volume. Prolonged exposure to loud audio can damage your hearing. You are responsible for the volume level at which you play the Service on your device.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome (such as improved sleep or focus) will result from its use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RainSoundMixer and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms
